Before you read our terms of service, I would like to say, if you are looking for your perfect guitar pick or mandolin pick, then you have come to the right place! Also, with over 100 pick models to choose from, I am confident you will find your perfect plectrum here.
We will NOT sell your information. I do not appreciate when it happens to me, so I will NOT do that to you. You will get periodic emails from V-Picks like monthly newsletters and mailers on special deals on V-Picks. You can easily unsubscribe to these at any time.
Note: We do NOT give refunds. Although we are happy to exchange picks for you, but we DO NOT do refunds. Also, there is a $5 exchange fee. This covers Shipping, envelopes, and picks broken by USPS that we have to eat. If it was our mistake, then there is no exchange charge, of course.
Please note: Tennessee customers will be charged TN Sales Tax @ 9.25%.
10/12/2015 We are starting to replace the old V-Pick logo with the new logo. This will eventually be on all V-Pick models. Also, the hair/sunglass logo will be going away as well. We will be making the model name larger and deeper to compensate for feel with the missing hair/sunglass logo.
Shipping Terms of Service
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS to make sure it is correct! We are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. As part of our terms of service, there will be a $25 fee to correct this. So, please re-check your information.
We do everything within our power to get your order out to you the very same day you order. If you order later in the day, after we have already shipped the orders for the day, we will send it out the next morning. Weekends and holidays will delay shipment for a day or so, of course.
Delivery Terms of Service
The time that it takes for your order to get to you depends on where you live. Furthermore, if you live in or close to Tennessee, U.S.A, your order could arrive as soon as in two days. The farther you live from us, the longer it takes. Shipping to the West Coast can take 3 to 5 days, and sometimes 7 …depending on the weather. Orders to Canada seem to take the longest because of their Customs Dept…sometimes 2-3 full weeks. Other International deliveries depend on your country’s Customs Dept. and weather, also. Some countries can take up to 6-8 weeks for the package to arrive at it’s destination. This is not a responsibility of ours because we try our best to process the orders either the same day or the next.
Terms of Service for Central or South America
If you live in Central or South America, (Argentina, Brazil, etc) please read this. We do not guarantee delivery of your pick order unless you pay extra for International Express USPS. This will normally cost $40.00 USD extra. If you choose for us to send your order regular USPS First Class, we will NOT resend it or refund it if your order gets lost or stolen. Additionally, we have had a lot of trouble getting orders to our customers in these countries unless International Express is the shipping method. Again, we will not resend or refund any order to Central and South America that was shipped USPS First Class. Also, the only option we offer for shipping to Mexico is International Express USPS.
We DO NOT do business in or ship to Mexico.
We usually ship using the U.S. Postal Service. It is the least expensive for our customers, at only $1.99 for all US orders.

You will not receive a tracking #. If you want one, you will need to order with Priority.
